KPEG's investment objective is to achieve long term capital appreciation through investments in privately negotiated equity and equity-related investments in growth oriented emerging corporates and mid-size enterprises for business expansions, acquisition financing, and buyout transactions. Our private equity investment strategy also involves selectively investing in start ups promoted by strong management teams and in certain cases listed companies as well.

These opportunities may be found in recognized growth industries, emerging sectors (sunrise industries), consolidation play in fragmented industries and niche opportunities segmented by technology or delivery systems.
